Towards the end of the wedding season last year we were asked to provide services for one of our biggest weddings to date.

 

Working alongside Bakerwood Marquees & Events we provided a fully managed bar and cocktail bar service, spread out over three bar areas.

The bars were in a secondary marquee alongside a dance floor, band stage and balcony, this marquee was attached to the reception marquee but remained hidden from view throughout the wedding breakfast.

As the speeches finished the reveal curtains were raised, as guests gasped at the surprise they made their way through to a cocktail reception.

We had two dedicated cocktail bars serving classics including Mojitos, Bellinis and Cosmopolitans, to make these extra special we sourced edible flowers and rose petals to use as garnish to stunning effect.

A team of 14 staff ensured the guests were well catered to all night, circulating with cocktails prepared by a back of house team and serving guests promptly at each bar.

As the night progressed a vodka luge was unveiled and our team served up perfectly chilled shots into shot glasses and straight into mouths!
